Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the operational framework for Brand Studio, setting standards for intake, prioritization, and resourcing
- Independently lead large, cross-functional campaign programs, managing inputs, deliverables, timelines, and reporting
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, creative, or agency environments
- Deep experience coordinating across multiple marketing functions such as Brand, Demand Generation, and Events
- Proficient in program and project management tools like Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Recognized as a trusted communicator who drives alignment across teams without formal authority
- A collaborative operator who excels in designing scalable systems and driving clarity across stakeholders
