A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist - CRO/UX Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Own the experimentation roadmap by identifying opportunities and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UX improvements based on testing insights
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and CRO in a direct-to-consumer business
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and running tests at scale
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and results from testing
