Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Manager to lead audience strategy within their Customer Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of scalable audience segmentation in Segment
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Data Science, and Data Engineering to ensure clean data flow into and out of Segment
- Drive innovation by testing and implementing new tools, features, or strategies to improve marketing precision and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Segment or equivalent CDPs
- Proven leadership in developing and scaling audience segmentation frameworks in a cross-functional environment
- Strong technical fluency, bridging the gap between marketing requirements and data/engineering execution
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and data-driven targeting strategies
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with analyzing or interpreting large datasets
