Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex medical billing for accuracy and compliance with coding standards
• Assist in daily operations and provide education and training to coders and clinical staff
• Monitor coding practices and collaborate with teams to enhance coding protocols and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Current coding certification (AHIMA or AAPC) or medical license (RN, MD) required
• 7+ years of experience in a clinically related field such as coding, auditing, or nursing
• Extensive knowledge of medical billing, claims data, and international coding standards
• Experience with payer reimbursement policies and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites and familiarity with international billing platforms is a plus
