Senior Omni Channel Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Omni Channel Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the execution of fulfillment orders across the eCommerce/CSR/omni channel network
• Participate in delivering business requirements documentation, process flows, and system design documentation
• Identify and communicate areas for improvement, including documenting process gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional career experience in IT analytics
• 7+ years with Order and Inventory Management systems in a multi-channel environment
• 5+ years of experience with Manhattan Order Management and UNIX, SQL, and Integration concepts
• 5+ years of experience with Java and Java Script
