Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Finance Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery and support for financial systems, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Ensure system stability and performance during the company's transition to a standalone environment
• Oversee solution design and architecture to align with business objectives and optimize systems for future modernization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP Finance systems experience, with at least 5+ years in engineering or technical leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience leading engineering teams responsible for enterprise financial systems
• Deep understanding of SAP Suite on HANA (SoH) and familiarity with S/4 HANA
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and partners effectively
