Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Paid Social to manage paid media channels and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid social channels, optimizing ads, audiences, campaigns, bids, and budgets to meet nCAC goals
- Collaborate with the CRO manager to conduct tests, align on schedules, and report on conversion rates for each platform
- Work with the Creative Strategist to provide creative insights, build hypotheses, and enhance the creative testing process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and Project Management
- Strong background in creative ideation
- Experience with web analytics and performance tools (e.g., Motion, Northbeam, KNO)
- In-depth knowledge of paid media channels and best practices
- Bonus: Experience with kids products
