Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist to improve healthcare payment integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new audit concepts and gain client acceptance
• Collaborate with teams to develop new tools and processes to enhance audit production
• Oversee quality control and prepare responses to client disputes regarding claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience
• Experience with Datameer, SQL, and knowledge of Medicaid preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is required
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance related to audit quality and productivity
• Prior experience in healthcare billing and/or claims is desired
