Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generates and develops new audit concepts and gains client acceptance
• Collaborates with teams to develop new tools and processes to enhance audit production
• Reviews auditor claims for quality control and provides oversight for client dispute responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience
• Experience with Datameer and SQL preferred, along with knowledge of Medicaid
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is required
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance auditor performance
• Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience desired
