Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review payroll quality reports and oversee payroll processing
- Resolve payroll variances and process adjustments, including involuntary deductions
- Maintain payroll operations and support functional areas with additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical work
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working virtually with minimal supervision
