Key Responsibilities
- Review payroll quality reports and oversee payroll processing
- Resolve payroll variances and process involuntary deductions
- Maintain payroll operations by following established policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a finance-related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical roles
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Ability to navigate between multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
