Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple countries
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and respond to audit requests
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills
• Professional certification such as CPP, CMA, or CIPP is a plus
• Experience managing multi-country and multi-state payroll
