- 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, particularly in B2B2C or multi-sided marketplaces
- Proven success in launching multi-channel acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting
- Experience working collaboratively with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
