Senior Principal Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect, Senior Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and technical direction to the data engineering team in building analytic data products
• Design, develop, and enforce standards for data storage, processing, and governance across all environments
• Document and maintain an overall view of data platform architecture and provide training for data engineers and platform engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in big data, database, and enterprise data architecture
• 5+ years of experience architecting and maintaining enterprise data lake platforms
• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud-based systems, preferably AWS or Databricks
• Strong SQL skills for creating and maintaining database objects and data governance
• Broad knowledge of data technologies and tools including ETL/ELT and data modeling
