Power Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power Systems Engineer - PV Solar & Energy Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system studies including protective device coordination and various analyses such as short circuit and load flows
• Design collection systems and create equipment specifications for renewable energy systems
• Coordinate with clients and project managers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing time across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
• EIT Certificate is desirable
• 2+ years of experience in power systems analysis
• Knowledge of power systems analysis software tools is desirable
• Experience with power distribution, transmission, solar PV systems, or energy storage systems is preferred
