Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish foundational design patterns and infrastructure practices for scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable systems
• Work hands-on with Python and ML frameworks to prototype, optimize, and implement complex model pipelines
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify system complexity and improve developer velocity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering with a strong technical leadership background
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and advanced ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling ML platforms for production-grade training and deployment
• Deep experience in LLMs and NLP, including transformer models and conversational agents
• A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (not strictly required)
