Technical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Director to lead its technical vision and execution in a mobile game startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale systems for the platform, refining existing infrastructure
• Hire, manage, and mentor senior engineering leaders to build a high-performing team
• Own the technical strategy and represent engineering in executive planning

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a technical leader in a startup or small studio environment
• Hands-on expertise in modern mobile web game engines and/or full-stack architecture
• Strong systems thinking and experience with rapid prototyping and multiplayer experiences
• Experience with AI/ML integrations in gameplay or tooling
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align and motivate teams
