Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify product and process gaps and lead enhancement efforts for financial and clinical research solutions
• Collaborate with business owners to determine technology needs and translate them into system requirements and design specifications
• Provide tier 2 customer support and ensure software usage optimization for end users

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Scrum or Agile certification strongly preferred
• Experience with business process improvement and workflows, particularly related to 21 CFR Part 11
• Knowledge of tools for modeling, building, testing, and implementing BPM solutions preferred
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies and methods effectively
