Head of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product to take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan in partnership with the executive team
• Improve user experience, reduce complexity, and drive higher product engagement
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to scope, spec, and ship high-quality features

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, preferably in WFM, HR tech, or related fields
• Deeply customer-focused with experience in customer discovery and validation
• Ability to balance UX improvements, technical architecture, and feature delivery
• Experience working autonomously and driving cross-functional alignment
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to write clear specifications
