Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of OKRs and roadmaps in partnership with Tech and Product leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and align on priorities
• Create and maintain dashboards and program trackers to monitor roadmap progress and delivery health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-8 years of experience in product operations or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional product portfolios
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile)
• Strong experience in influencing and communicating complex problems to various audiences
• Proactive and self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
