Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner - Financial Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the strategic direction of the product portfolio and develop a clear product roadmap
• Manage Scrum team activities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various departments
• Oversee backlog management, user story development, and monitor product performance against key KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or finance preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in the banking industry, focusing on retail deposits, lending, and/or compliance
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for 3-5 years is required
• Advanced Certification in Product Management for Financial Services is essential
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
