Director of Product Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Development to lead their product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple product segments and turn strategic business goals into executable roadmaps
• Drive product execution from ideation to launch, ensuring user-friendly documentation and support
• Mentor a growing team of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management, with at least 2 years in a Director or Lead role
• End-to-end ownership of multiple products or product lines
• Deep experience with B2B SaaS technologies, particularly CRM or ERP-like systems
• Prior experience with CPaaS or CCaaS software, including messaging and calling at the application level
• Experience in creating video content and documentation for internal and external use
