State Licensed Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead strategic planning and coordination of ITSM and IGA implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate Process Design Documents and business requirements, recommending updates as necessary
• Define and prioritize ITSM and IGA requirements based on user stories and workflows
• Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project timelines are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in state government or similar organizations
• 2+ years of experience with IAM/IGA and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ITIL 4 and stakeholder management
• Availability for on-site or remote work as agreed with the state
