• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering complex B2B/enterprise products, preferably in fintech or related fields
• Experience in driving alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Strong team building skills with a focus on hiring and retaining top talent
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
