Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead adoption, enablement, and optimization efforts across their Interact platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enablement strategies to increase platform adoption and drive measurable outcomes
• Ensure platform consistency and enhance user experience by standardizing UX elements across Interact consoles
• Leverage platform usage analytics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product enablement, or platform strategy, ideally with SaaS products
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and improving platform adoption
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
