Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years managing design teams
• Experience in shaping AI-first products and connecting design strategy to business impact
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management and Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of complex design quality and craftsmanship
• Curiosity about education motivations and barriers, with a preference for experience in education or edtech
