Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product designers, establishing processes and providing feedback
• Advocate for design by understanding customer needs and aligning design direction
• Take ownership of design team operations and contribute to hands-on design work as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience and 8+ years of experience in designing web and/or mobile applications
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and managing product designers
• Experience with technical products and product development processes
• Ability to work iteratively and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
