Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team on a fractional basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for new features, from wireframing to high-fidelity UI
• Collaborate with product managers and clinicians to create intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations

Required Qualifications

• Strong design intuition with the ability to simplify complex workflows
• Experience in developing design systems and UI component libraries
• Ability to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs effectively
• Experience collaborating with clinical and product teams
• Responsive to feedback and iterative in the design process
