Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution within a fast-paced, AI-focused product pod
• Shape and ship new product features using a refined Shape Up methodology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly test ideas and deliver high-quality work

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or consumer-grade B2B environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design, product thinking, and storytelling
• Familiarity with modern design tooling and emerging AI design workflows
• Understanding of iterative delivery models like Shape Up by 37signals
• Experience in HR tech or performance/engagement tools is a plus
