Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive self-serve experiences for retail partners, focusing on tools for FoodStorm, Caper products, and Inventory Intelligence
• Collaborate with designers, user research, and cross-functional teams to enhance retailer self-serve tooling experiences
• Prototype and explore innovative solutions to simplify complex problems for retailers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design across mobile and web platforms
• Proven success in improving business metrics through user-centered design solutions
• Expertise in visual design and understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience in maintaining design documentation for effective remote collaboration
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work and problem-solving abilities
