Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer - Spend & Expense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigates ambiguity and drives innovation while managing design strategy for multiple projects
• Leads design projects, providing direction and mentorship to junior designers and cross-functional partners
• Influences product/design sub-teams and aligns design strategies with broader business goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Understanding of business strategy to guide design decisions that balance user needs with business impact
• Experience in FinTech or a related industry is a plus
