Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead their design team through a pivotal stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own high-impact design initiatives such as information architecture overhaul and app UI evolution
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-6 product and systems designers
• Drive design rituals for alignment and velocity, collaborating with PMs and Engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, with 5+ years in management or mentoring roles
• Proven leadership in complex design initiatives including redesigns and cross-platform work
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and Figma workflows
• Background in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or data-rich product environments
• Skilled in accessibility, responsive UI, and UX best practices
