Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of a product area from discovery through delivery
• Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and validate solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS
• Expertise in Figma and understanding of usability best practices
• Experience in user research and validation
• Strong sense of ownership and advocacy for design excellence
• Time zone flexibility with 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time
