UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to shape product growth through intuitive design and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points impacting adoption and engagement
• Create onboarding flows and in-product nudges to drive activation and retention
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align design decisions with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI/Product Design experience in SaaS
• Experience with the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) methodology
• Strong portfolio showcasing impact-driven design, particularly in PLG flows
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices is a bonus
