Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX vision and execution for loyalty and marketing technology platforms, focusing on agent-driven and conversational interfaces
• Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and polished UI
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to build scalable and accessible features

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio in B2B SaaS or complex workflows
• Experience designing systems with intelligent assistants or AI-powered interactions
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional conversations and influence without authority
• Deep understanding of design systems and UX writing
