• Design conversational interfaces and intuitive workflows for AI products
• Own the complete design process for major product areas and create comprehensive design systems
• Plan and conduct user research to drive product decisions and establish design principles

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience at fast-growing tech companies
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and shipped products
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
• Experience designing AI/ML products or complex B2B software
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs
