Key Responsibilities

• Build empathy for engineers and technical users to understand their goals and unmet needs
• Drive an iterative design process through research, ideation, and rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore and ship features in quick cycles

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing for developer tools, APIs, or technical workflows
• Curiosity and empathy for engineers and technical users
• Fluency in iterative design methods from discovery to validation
• Understanding of how underlying data structures influence user experience design
• Ownership and autonomy in design with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
