UI Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Director to lead UI design efforts for a major financial client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Group Creative Director to shape the North Star Customer Experience Vision
• Design customer journeys and service blueprint diagrams in Figma to illustrate the future-state digital ecosystem
• Translate complex business strategies into engaging UI designs that align with customer journeys

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital design/art direction
• Strong foundation in visual design principles
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam
• Knowledge of web and app accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA)
• Experience designing customer journey and service blueprint diagrams
