Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to execute Agile-based software development across multiple product verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop product strategy and roadmap to align with corporate goals
• Identify new product features based on client interactions and feedback
• Manage the daily operations of assigned scrum teams and present information to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical concentration, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a software development environment, preferably in HCM or Payroll
• Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies in large organizations
• Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with relevant tools
• Technical knowledge of software development and computer systems
