Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the full lifecycle of products within the Viper NextGen 911 product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and analysis for NG911 and public safety communications to inform product strategy
• Develop and present business cases to support investments in the Viper NextGen 911 portfolio
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and operations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or related role, preferably in public safety communications or NG911
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product initiatives with measurable outcomes
• In-depth understanding of NG911 standards and interoperability requirements preferred
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field required
