Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their Clarity Design System with a focus on AI-powered capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the Design System, aligning it with product and brand strategy
• Define and deliver AI-driven enhancements within the design system, including adaptive components and intelligent UI patterns
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable design solutions across multiple products and platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with design systems or design tooling at scale
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design tokens, component libraries, and accessibility standards
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in design or product experiences
• Proven ability to manage complex roadmaps and prioritize competing demands
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and design tools (Figma)
