Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own features supporting digital communication product strategy and IT delivery
• Lead engineering and UX teams to drive technical design, user flows, and interfaces
• Manage product lifecycle, including identifying feature enhancements and aligning with external dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related product management experience in health insurance, health provider, or IT industry
• Experience in developing omni-channel strategies leveraging modern technologies
• Ability to define success metrics and measurement plans
• Proven track record in managing product backlogs and roadmaps
