Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Core Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate core services and improve the customer experience through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for back-end operational solutions, managing the full product lifecycle
• Define product requirements and develop actionable technical user stories to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in platform services
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience as a backend software engineer is a strong plus
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks as a Product Owner
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace industries is preferred
