Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Owner to manage the product vision and backlog for ServiceNow Field Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow FSM
- Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or FSM Micro-Certification preferred
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale FSM initiatives
