Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (equivalent professional experience considered)
• 5+ years of experience in project management or client implementation management, preferably in TPA or employee benefits administration
• Proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects including cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
