Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Proposal Writer to join their market expansion team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and compelling content for RFIs, RFPs, and public procurement processes under tight deadlines
• Develop key themes and messaging to ensure proposals resonate with local audiences
• Analyze proposal documents from cities to identify priorities and build partnerships with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content writing and project management
• Experience in analyzing regulations, bid documents, or city planning documents
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in language, journalism, literature, public administration, urban planning, or transportation
• Advanced degree preferred
• Public or private sector experience in procurement is a plus
