Key Responsibilities
- Write clear and compelling content for RFIs, RFPs, and public procurement processes under tight deadlines
- Develop key themes and messaging to ensure proposals resonate with local audiences
- Analyze proposal documents from cities to identify priorities and build partnerships with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in content writing and project management
- Experience in analyzing regulations, bid documents, or city planning documents
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in language, journalism, literature, public administration, urban planning, or transportation
- Advanced degree preferred
- Public or private sector experience in procurement is a plus
