Key Responsibilities

• Process provider enrollments and maintain tracking in the database system
• Conduct audits to improve processes and provide feedback
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience in submitting behavioral health provider payer enrollments
• 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows, including NCQA policies
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with high-speed internet
