Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience building backend applications with Python
• Solid background in building distributed, cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with REST API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership is a plus
• Ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams
