Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and apply threshold limits for retail customers and assess prospective customers for onboarding compliance
- Manage customer communications regarding the CSMP process and escalate issues as necessary
- Identify opportunities for programmatic efficiencies and conduct ongoing due diligence reviews for customer requests
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Ability to apply working knowledge of concepts and principles to perform varied tasks
- Experience working on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Judgment within defined parameters with general guidance on new projects
