Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist, Health Economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead claims data analyses to quantify the organization's impact on clinical outcomes
• Plan and execute internal population health analyses to guide performance interpretation on key claims-based outcomes
• Support the development of financial models that connect operational activities to claims-based outcomes

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of experience in population health analyses within a healthcare setting
• Deep knowledge of clinical outcomes definitions and risk-adjustment methodologies
• Experience developing financial models and forecasts in Excel
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction and transformation from healthcare claims databases
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
